I have 3 issues with it though. One being the fact that I can only add a limited set of modules .

I don’t really want to make an additional click to get to my other
modules (mobile interfaces/data speeds are not conducive to excessive
user interaction).

You can use Yahoo Pipes to filter out the daily delicious posts. Here's a link to one I created that you can clone for your own subscriptions.
