Hi~ This is Tony from Team and Concepts.

There's in fact another one by us called EditGrid. It has a quite differentiating feature called real-time-update, and allows you to address your spreadsheet with a human readable url like: http://www.editgrid.com/tnc/pkchan/EditGrid_v._Google, and exported version directly as: http://www.editgrid.com/tnc/pkchan/EditGrid_v._Google.xls.

So you may wish to add this also!

Thanks Tony. This looks like a great product too. Specially the ability to "right click" is super!
